Frequently asked questions.

General Services & Process

  1. What kind of design services do you offer?

I offer a range of digital design services including 3D product renders, animations, stills, custom assets, and full branding packages. My work helps businesses communicate their ideas visually and stand out in competitive markets.

  2. How does the custom 3D design process work?

It starts with a discovery phase where I learn about your goals and gather references. Once we agree on a scope and timeline, I begin modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering. Revisions are included to ensure the final result aligns with your vision.

  3. Can I hire you for a full branding package?

Yes! I offer branding packages that include visual identity development, logo integration, product visualization, and other brand-specific assets.

  4. Do you offer both still images and animated content?

Absolutely. I create high-resolution stills for websites and print, as well as short-form animations for product reveals, ads, and social content.

  5. What industries do you work with? (e.g., e-commerce, tech, fashion, etc.)

Absolutely. I create high-resolution stills for websites and print, as well as short-form animations for product reveals, ads, and social content.

Pricing & Quotes

  1. How much does a 3D product render cost?

Pricing varies based on complexity and desired output quality. Basic renders start at a few hundred USD, while advanced scenes or animations are quoted individually.

  2. Do you offer flat-rate packages or hourly pricing?

I offer both, depending on the project. Flat-rate packages are available for common services, while complex or custom work may be billed hourly or by milestone.

  3. How do I get a quote for my project?

You can contact me through the booking form or email with a brief description of your project. Include any reference materials and your goals, and I’ll get back to you with a custom quote.

  4. What payment methods do you accept?

I accept payments via bank transfer, Stripe, or PayPal. Payment terms will be clearly outlined in your invoice.

  5. Do you require a deposit for commissioned work?

Yes. A deposit is typically required before work begins to secure your project in my schedule and cover initial development time. Typically a ‘Half on Start Half on Completion’ model is used for most projects.

Timeline & Revisions

  1. How long does a typical project take?

Timelines vary based on complexity, but most product render projects are delivered within 3–4 weeks. Complex scenes or animations will take longer. I’ll always provide an estimated initial timeframe up front, after work has started on the project timeframe revisions may be issued upon revisions from the client or technical issues.

  2. Can you deliver work on a tight deadline?

Rush options are available depending on current availability. If you have a hard deadline, let me know as early as you can so I can accommodate your schedule.

Rush projects will be charged at a higher rate, depending on time scaricity and complexity, the cost maybe 2-3x normal rate.

  3. How many revisions are included?

Each package includes at least 1–2 rounds of revisions. Major changes outside of the agreed scope will require additional fees, which I’ll always discuss in advance.

These revisions are intended for reasonable changes or refinements within the agreed project scope.

However, I reserve the right to decline or limit revision requests under the following conditions:

    • Excessive Revisions: If the volume or frequency of revisions exceeds the agreed-upon limit, especially for minor or subjective changes that impact delivery timelines.

    • Scope Creep: If the requested changes fall outside the original scope of the project or require additional work that was not quoted or agreed upon.

    • Technical Limitations: If the request involves tools, effects, or features that are technically unfeasible or not supported within the software or workflow.

    • Bad Faith Requests: If the revisions appear to be intentionally unreasonable, vague, or contradictory, or are made in an attempt to delay delivery or avoid payment.

    In these cases, I may:

    • Propose a paid extension of services to accommodate the request

    • Offer alternatives within scope and feasibility

    • Decline the revision and proceed with final delivery if the project is otherwise complete

My goal is to provide professional, high-quality work while respecting both our time and maintaining fair creative boundaries. Clear communication ensures the best results for both of us.

  4. What if I need changes after delivery?

Post-delivery edits are available and billed separately based on the time required. If it’s a small tweak, I’ll always try to accommodate you.

File Types & Delivery

  1. What file formats do you deliver?

I typically deliver .PNG or .JPG for stills, and .MP4 or .MOV for animations. 3D files can be provided in .FBX, .OBJ, or .BLEND formats, depending on your needs. I can also deliver .EXRs and MultiLayer EXRs, an extra fee applies to deliver these files due to their typical large size and delivery format.

  2. Can I get layered or editable files?"

Editable files such as .BLEND or project source files can be included upon request. Additional fees may apply depending on the project agreement.

  3. Do you offer different resolutions for web and print?

Yes. I provide export options tailored to your platform—high-resolution CMYK Colour Mode for print, optimized versions for web or mobile. Please try to have your desired project resolution figured out before our first consultation, if you’re unsure what resolution your project needs, we can work it out together.

  4. Will I own the final files after delivery?

Yes, you will receive a license to use the final files for your agreed purpose. For commercial use or full ownership rights, terms will be outlined in the project agreement.
